Natural benefits Towards the end of the 1970s, international commissions carried out studies to characterize the clays of the Norte de Santander region. These analyzes resulted in the identification of kaolitic and lithic type red clays, which presented suitable physical properties for the production of high-quality coatings through simple processes and with less use and application of industrial additives.
